# Cookie Policy

This policy explains the cookies and browser storage Unifies AI, Inc. uses at unifies.ai and in the Unifies application, and the choices you have. It supplements the Privacy Policy (unifies.ai/privacy).

## Your choice

When you first visit, a banner offers two equal choices: **"accept all"** or **"essential only"**. Nothing optional runs until you choose, and "essential only" is a complete answer — the product works identically, and we will not ask again unless this policy materially changes. You can change your choice at any time via **"Manage cookie preferences"** in the footer of our legal pages. Your decision (and when you made it) is stored in your browser.

## Browser storage we use

The application also uses your browser's local and session storage for essential product state — for example: your cookie choice itself, a cached copy of your own name/email/photo so the app renders instantly, your selected workspace, a sign-up source note, and (during a live meeting) a temporary speaker-name map for the transcript view. This storage stays on your device, is not readable by other websites, and is cleared when you clear site data.

## What we do not do

- We load **no third-party advertising or tracking scripts, pixels, or CDN fonts** on any page.
- We do **not sell or share personal information** (as those terms are defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act), and we do not use cookies for cross-context behavioral advertising — so opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control do not change anything beyond the choices above.
- Error monitoring (Sentry) is currently **not active**. If we activate it, this page will describe it first, and any session-replay capability will remain off or consent-gated.

## Changes and contact
