# Home Canonical: https://unifies.ai/ Promises get made wherever your team talks. The action items live in your tracker. What quietly drops is the line between them: who said what, and what became of it Unifies captures the promise in its exact words, whether in the meeting where it was said, or in a forwarded email. It delivers the promise into the tracker your team already runs and reads the status back. Your tracker stays the source of truth: Unifies writes into it and reads from it When the work closes, the result returns to the original words: what was promised, who owned it, how it ended, together on one record your team can open We call that record a receipt. Every receipt lives in one execution ledger, the system of record for commitments The tracker stays the source of truth: Unifies writes into it and reads from it, and a receipt records where each status came from rather than holding a competing one. A receipt can be opened by someone who was not in the room. Unifies is not a notetaker. Every room does keep its transcript, a summary and the decisions it reached. What Unifies adds is everything after the summary. Unifies is pre-launch. The app is not open: nothing on the public site leads to a sign-in, a trial or an API, and the pricing page publishes the plans in advance so a team can plan, with every plan's button joining the same waitlist. The way in is the waitlist on the home page. It takes an email address and nothing else: one email at launch, unsubscribe any time, and the same reply whether or not the address was already on the list. Anything else goes through the contact page, which takes a name, an address and a message and is read by a person, or by mail to sales@unifies.ai. ### I already run a notetaker. Does this replace it? Unifies is not a notetaker. It is the record of what was promised and what happened to it. But you will not need to run both: every room keeps its transcript, a short summary and the decisions the room reached, so nothing is lost by turning the second bot off. What Unifies adds is everything after: the commitment kept in its exact words, delivered as a task, and the status read back onto a receipt. Keep your notetaker if you prefer it; two bots means two visible participants ### Which meeting tools and trackers does Unifies work with? Capture, on launch: Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex and forwarded email. Delivery: ClickUp, Jira, Linear, Asana and Monday. The commitment is created as a task in your tracker, and its status is read back from there onto the receipt. If the place your team talks is not on that list, the source grid on this page takes the request ### Does Unifies replace our project tracker? No. Your tracker stays the source of truth. Unifies writes the commitment into it and reads the status back. A receipt records where each status came from and never holds a competing one ### Do I need to be an admin of our tracker? To connect a workspace, yes: the tracker requires an owner or admin to authorize it. If that is not you, Unifies records the request and sends it to the people who can approve it, and you can keep evaluating in the meantime ### Will Unifies create tasks I did not approve? No. Every commitment is drafted with its source evidence. Below the review floor it waits for a person; between that floor and your workspace’s bar it waits for one-click confirmation; only work at or above the bar can create a task on its own, and only after an admin has set where tasks land [How a workspace sets its bar](https://unifies.ai/product/workspaces) ### Who can see my record? You always see your own record in full. Workspace owners and admins see standing per person; there is no default leaderboard. A receipt becomes public only when its owner publishes it, and the same owner can revoke it [Security and data handling](https://unifies.ai/security) ### What if the tracker cannot report the closure? A person can close the receipt by hand. The record keeps that source visible. Closed by a sync and closed by a person stay two different facts, and the receipt says which one it was ### What does it cost, and what happens when the free hours run out? Free is one person, forever: 5 capture hours a month, no card and no expiry date. When the hours run out, capture pauses and every receipt you already have stays readable. Paid plans are flat per workspace. The full ladder is on the pricing page ### What is an execution ledger? An execution ledger is the system of record for commitments: what was said, what it became, and whether it closed. Unifies keeps one for your team, where every entry is a receipt you can open: the exact words, the task it became, and how it ended [Our purpose](https://unifies.ai/purpose)
