# Unifies

> Unifies is an execution ledger, the system of record for commitments: what was said, what it became, and whether it closed. It captures a commitment in the exact words it was made in, from Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex and forwarded email; creates it as a task in ClickUp, Jira, Linear, Asana and Monday; and reads that task's status back onto a receipt carrying the original words, the owner and how it ended.

The tracker stays the source of truth: Unifies writes into it and reads from it, and a receipt records where each status came from rather than holding a competing one. A receipt can be opened by someone who was not in the room.

Unifies is not a notetaker. Every room does keep its transcript, a summary and the decisions it reached. What Unifies adds is everything after the summary.

Unifies is pre-launch. The app is not open: nothing on the public site leads to a sign-in, a trial or an API, and the pricing page publishes the plans in advance so a team can plan, with every plan's button joining the same waitlist. The way in is the waitlist on the home page. It takes an email address and nothing else: one email at launch, unsubscribe any time, and the same reply whether or not the address was already on the list. Anything else goes through the contact page, which takes a name, an address and a message and is read by a person, or by mail to sales@unifies.ai.
