Unifies

Every promise leaves a receipt

Unifies captures what your team agrees to do and creates tasks automatically under your team’s rules. Each receipt connects the promise to the work and updates as task statuses change

How it works – agreements, work and outcomes connected

Someone promises a fix. A client agrees to send feedback. Your team changes a decision. The next steps are clear in the conversation, but someone still has to write the tasks, collect updates and check what happened to each agreement

Unifies captures those commitments and creates eligible tasks in the project tool your team already uses, with the original agreement attached. You choose what needs review and what can happen automatically. Meetings and forwarded email are the starting sources at launch. The source can change; the commitment stays connected to the work that follows

Your team keeps working in its project tool. When a task moves forward or closes, its update returns to the promise automatically. Open the connected record to check the agreement and latest status, then follow up if the work needs attention. There is no status to copy back by hand. Client promises and decisions sit alongside team tasks, with separate steps to record deliveries or review changes

We call each connected record a receipt. Your Ledger brings those receipts together across sources – one execution ledger for your team

See the agreement behind the task

A captured commitment keeps the original words and person responsible attached to the task. When a deadline or next step is unclear, open its receipt and check what was agreed

Start with the conversations your team already has

Planned launch sources include Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex and forwarded email. Choose the meetings or messages you want Unifies to capture

  • ZoomOn launch
  • Microsoft TeamsOn launch
  • WebexOn launch
  • Forwarded emailOn launch

Create tasks automatically in the tool your team uses

Your team sets the review rules. Eligible commitments become tasks with the captured owner, due date and original agreement attached. Keep working in your project tool as usual

  • ClickUp
  • Jira
  • Linear
  • Asana
  • Monday

As tasks change in ClickUp, Jira, Linear, Asana or monday.com, their status returns to the receipt automatically. Your Ledger brings those receipts together across sources, so you can check the agreement and latest update without collecting them by hand

Choose which tasks need your review

You choose whether eligible team tasks can be created automatically. Low-confidence drafts are flagged for review; other drafts below your team’s chosen confidence level wait for confirmation; eligible team drafts that reach that level can become tasks automatically once an admin chooses where to create them

Questions and answers

How Unifies fits your team

Can we use Unifies alongside our meeting notes tool?

Yes. You can keep your notes tool. Unifies captures commitments, creates eligible tasks in your project tool and brings their updates back to receipts in your Ledger. Meetings are one source; forwarded email is also planned for launch. If your notes tool sends a bot to the same call, participants will see both capture bots

Which tools can we connect?

Planned launch sources are Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex and forwarded email. Planned task integrations are ClickUp, Jira, Linear, Asana and monday.com. Tasks are created in your connected project tool, and their status updates return to Unifies. You can request another integration using the existing form

Can we keep our existing project management tool?

Yes. Your team keeps managing tasks in its supported project tool. Unifies creates eligible tasks there under your workspace’s rules and returns their status updates to the original agreement. Open the Ledger when you need to review a draft, check what you are waiting for or follow up with context

Who can connect our team’s project tool?

An owner or admin in your project tool connects the workspace. If you do not have that access, you can request setup from an eligible admin and join once it is ready

Can tasks be created without individual approval?

Yes, when your workspace allows it. Low-confidence drafts are flagged for review; other drafts below your team’s chosen confidence level wait for confirmation; eligible team drafts that reach that level can become tasks automatically once an admin chooses where to create them. Your admin can disable automatic task creation. Automation controls delivery to the project tool; people still need to check AI output before relying on it to make decisions

How automatic task creation works
Who can see the work and individual metrics?

You can see your own record. Workspace owners and admins can see individual completion metrics. Members can inspect records in projects they can access, while protected peer metrics are withheld. Records stay inside the authenticated workspace

Security and data handling
What if a task update does not arrive?

You can check the task in your project tool and record completion manually when needed. Unifies shows whether an update came from the connected tool or a person

What does Unifies cost, and can we subscribe now?

Planned launch pricing starts at $149 per workspace per month for up to 10 people, including 30 shared capture hours. Packages cover teams up to 100; larger teams can request a quote. Extra capture is purchased separately. There is no permanent free plan. Joining the waitlist is free

What is an execution ledger?

An execution ledger brings receipts from different capture sources into one place – connecting commitments to task creation, returning updates and the follow-up still needed. Each connected record is a receipt. Your team keeps working in its project tool while task updates return to the Ledger. Open a receipt to review a draft or follow up with the original agreement attached. Decisions and external promises have their own review and follow-up steps
