Capture joins as a visible participant named after the room, with “— Unifies” after the name, and posts a note in the meeting chat where the platform allows. It joins only the meetings someone chose to capture; everyone on the call can see it, and there is no silent recording
I already run a notetaker. Does this replace it?
Unifies is not a notetaker. It is the record of what was promised and what happened to it. But you will not need to run both: every room keeps its transcript, a short summary and the decisions the room reached, so nothing is lost by turning the second bot off. What happens to the action items after the meeting ends?

Every room carries Ask, which answers from the record and cites the words it relies on. It can propose an action; nothing moves until a person confirms it
