Before you get started

What happens when a later meeting changes a decision?

The original decision stays in effect until a person confirms a change. Compare the original and proposed decision with their sources, then confirm the change or keep the original. Earlier decisions remain in the history

Can we track promises from clients, partners and suppliers?

Yes. Keep the promise, who made it, and someone on your team to follow up. You can set an expected date, record what arrived, or create an internal follow-up task. The external promise does not automatically create a task in anyone’s project tool. An expected date stays separate from a deadline the person actually promised. Unidentified speakers must be matched first

Will people know Unifies is transcribing?

Yes. The Unifies capture bot joins as a visible participant and posts a notice in the meeting chat where the platform supports it. It joins only meetings selected for capture. Your team remains responsible for any required notices and consent

Can we use Unifies alongside our meeting notes tool?

Yes. You can keep your notes tool. Unifies captures commitments, creates eligible tasks in your project tool and brings their updates back to receipts in your Ledger. Meetings are one source; forwarded email is also planned for launch. If your notes tool sends a bot to the same call, participants will see both capture bots

What happens to the action items after the meeting ends?

Unifies analyzes the transcript and drafts the action items it finds, with their source words attached. Eligible team items can create tasks under your workspace’s rules. Other items wait for review, and promises from external or unidentified participants are handled separately

What if the meeting has no action items?

The transcript, summary and decisions remain available. If no action items are found, the meeting shows that result

Can I ask questions about the meeting later?

Yes. Ask answers questions using the meeting record and cites its sources. It can also propose an action for a person to confirm

What does Unifies cost, and can we subscribe now?

Planned launch pricing starts at $149 per workspace per month for up to 10 people, including 30 shared capture hours. Packages cover teams up to 100; larger teams can request a quote. Extra capture is purchased separately. There is no permanent free plan. Joining the waitlist is free
