Unifies AI, Inc. uses the subprocessors below to deliver the Service. Each entry states the processing purpose, the categories of Customer Personal Data the subprocessor receives, and its processing region. Each subprocessor is engaged under written data-protection terms consistent with our DPA, and a subprocessor may engage its own subprocessors under equivalent terms (for example, Recall.ai runs its speech-to-text and media handling on its own infrastructure providers).
Subprocessors of Customer Personal Data
| Provider | Purpose | Data categories | Region |
|---|---|---|---|
| Google Cloud Platform Google LLC | Cloud hosting: compute, managed PostgreSQL database, event bus, secret storage, logging. | All Customer Personal Data processed by the Service. | United States (us-central1) |
| Recall.ai Recall.ai, Inc. | Meeting-bot infrastructure: joins meetings and transcribes them in real time (transcription runs on Recall's own speech-to-text). No recording is requested; audio is processed to produce the transcript. | Meeting audio (processed for transcription, not retained by Unifies), participant names and speech, meeting URL and title, transcripts. | United States |
| OpenAI OpenAI, L.L.C. | AI analysis: transcript cleanup, summarization, commitment and task extraction, search embeddings, assistant answers. | Meeting transcripts; participant and workspace-member names and email addresses; derived summaries and records; assistant queries. | United States |
| Resend Resend, Inc. | Transactional email delivery. | Recipient email addresses and names; message content (including meeting recaps, invitations, sign-in codes, notifications). | United States |
Google appears twice on this page in two capacities: Google LLC as our cloud-hosting subprocessor (above), and Google Workspace/Meet/Calendar as services your workspace may connect (below).
Providers for Unifies' own operations
These providers process data for which Unifies is the controller (account, billing, and diagnostics data, described in our Privacy Policy). They do not process Customer workspace content and are listed for transparency:
| Provider | Purpose | Data categories | Region |
|---|---|---|---|
| Stripe Stripe, Inc. / Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. | Subscription billing and payment processing. | Billing contact name and email; subscription metadata. Payment-card data is collected and held by Stripe only. | United States / Ireland |
| Sentry — currently disabled Functional Software, Inc. | Error monitoring, if enabled. | Error reports and request metadata, scrubbed of tokens and sensitive fields; session replay stays off or consent-gated. | United States |
| PostHog PostHog Inc. | Product analytics on the public site and in the product, only for visitors who accept it in the cookie banner. | Event names, account and workspace identifiers, product metadata; no meeting or message content. | United States |
If we enable a disabled provider above, or add any provider that would process Customer Personal Data, we will follow the notice process below first.
Connected services that are not subprocessors
When your workspace connects a third-party product, data flows to it on your instruction, under that product's own terms — these providers act independently of Unifies and are not our subprocessors:
- Meeting and calendar platforms your meetings run on: Google Workspace (Calendar, Meet), Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex — receive meeting scheduling data (event details, attendee emails) when you schedule through Unifies, and host the meetings our bot joins.
- Project trackers you authorize: ClickUp, Linear, Asana, Jira, monday.com — receive the task fields the Service writes (title, description, due date, labels, checklist) and report task status back.
- Further integrations are added as released and will appear here, in the appropriate category, before they can process Customer Personal Data.
Changes and objections
When we add or replace a subprocessor, we will update this page and email workspace owners at least 30 days before the new subprocessor processes Customer Personal Data. Where a replacement is urgently necessary for security or service continuity, we may engage it immediately and will notify workspace owners as soon as reasonably practicable, and in any event within 10 days. To also receive notices at another address, email legal@unifies.ai with the subject “subprocessor updates”. Customers may object on reasonable data-protection grounds as set out in DPA Section 4.3.
