What every plan keeps

Two limits decide your plan.Everything else stays with the record

Two quantities decide the plan. The panel also shows when buying hours beats moving up, and when the next rung is the honest fit

    About 80 meetings a month.

  2. Included in every plan

Every plan is the whole loop

Every task keeps the sentence that created it and the person who said it. When it closes, you have proof of what was promised, not just proof that something got done

    1. Captured in the exact words

Nobody has to remember who said what. The sentence is kept as it was spoken, with the second it was said.

      See capture sources
    2. Becomes work where work lives

Nobody re-types it into the tracker, and nothing is lost between the room and the board.

    3. The answer comes back

You do not chase status. When your tracker moves, the receipt moves with it.

    4. Everyone has their own record

Each person can see their own kept promises without asking anyone for a report.

  3. After you choose

    What stays predictable

    01

    The trial converts clearly

Paid plans start with 7 days free, card required. Billing starts on day 8

    02

    Extra hours do not expire

$39 adds 5 hours that never expire. Optional top-up stays off during the trial

    03

    Cancellation returns you to Free

Cancel anytime. The workspace returns to Free when the paid term ends

    Clear before billing starts

Trial conversion, extra hours and cancellation each have one explicit outcome

Questions before the decision

The objections worth answering.

Who counts toward the workspace limit?

Every workspace member except observers counts. Observers are free and never count

Is this per-seat pricing?

No. You choose one flat workspace band, not a separate line item for each person. The price stays the same anywhere inside that band: Company is the same flat price from 21 through 100 people, and observers are always free

What happens when we pass the cap?

Nothing you already have stops: capture keeps running, tasks keep being delivered, and every receipt stays readable. After 14 days over the band, the organization rollup and signed organization proof wait until you move back under or upgrade. Your plan and bill never change automatically

Per recorded hour this is more expensive than a notetaker. Why?

Because the hour is not what you are buying, and we would rather say so than argue the arithmetic. Recording a meeting is close to free inside Zoom, Google and Microsoft, and it is the cheap half of this. What the price is for is everything after the recording: the commitment kept in the words it was said, written into your tracker as a task, and the status read back onto a receipt you can hand to someone who was not in the room

Per seat this looks far cheaper than the tools we already buy. Is something missing?

The plans are flat bands rather than continuous per-seat multiplication. Company is one $449 monthly bill for any workspace from 21 through 100 non-observer people. Compare that with a current vendor quote rather than a number we print here, because their prices move and ours would go stale

When do we need Enterprise?

When Scale stops fitting: more than 250 people in the workspace, more than 150 capture hours a month, or hours you want committed at one price instead of bought in packs. And when buying needs a contract: an order form, an invoice instead of a card, and a term longer than a month. It starts at $2,500 a month. Write to us with your headcount and your meeting load, and we will tell you plainly whether Scale already covers you
