- Choose a separate plan for each workspace. Its member limit and capture hours belong to that workspace. Meeting guests, clients and imported contacts do not count just because they appear in a conversation

- A one-hour meeting uses one capture hour. Included hours renew each month and do not roll over

- Add 10 capture hours for $39. Capture pauses when your balance runs out. There are no automatic overage charges

Can we subscribe today?
Unifies is pre-launch. These are planned monthly packages, billed separately for each workspace, with capture hours shared within that workspace. Join the waitlist to hear when subscriptions open; joining does not start a trial or charge you. Final commercial terms will be shown before checkout
Who counts toward the team size?
The planned packages cover people actively using Unifies in each workspace. You can belong to multiple workspaces; each has its own member limit and subscription. Meeting guests, client names and imported contacts do not become paid users just because they appear in a transcript or a commitment
What if we have more than 100 people?
The largest published package covers up to 100 people for $849 a month. For a larger team, contact us so we can agree on capture volume, rollout and commercial terms. We will quote a price before you commit

What happens when our capture hours run out?

For launch, connect a supported project management tool. Your team continues managing tasks there; Unifies keeps those tasks linked to the original agreements in your Ledger
