Your team already has places to talk and tools to manage work. Accounts connects them to Unifies. Authorize your accounts, assign them to the right projects and set defaults where the same connection can be reused. Tasks stay in your project tool and updates return to their receipts. Email forwarding is planned for launch

    Choose an available tool and authorize your account with the provider. Each connection is listed under your name. Tools that are not available yet are labelled

    Assign the connection to one project or make it the workspace default. New connections are not assigned to all projects automatically

  4. Set a default and make exceptions where needed

    Use one account for projects without their own choice. Select a different account for an individual project when needed

    If access expires or is revoked, Unifies identifies the affected account and gives you a way to reconnect it

Before you get started

Who can connect our team’s project tool?

An owner or admin in your project tool connects the workspace. If you do not have that access, you can request setup from an eligible admin and join once it is ready

What permissions does a connection need?

The provider shows the permissions you authorize. Meeting integrations support the scheduling and capture actions available for that tool. Project tool connections support task creation and status updates. Unifies does not receive your provider password, and you can withdraw access

Can I connect two Google accounts?

Yes. Connect both accounts and choose which project uses each one. Projects without their own selection use the workspace default. The accounts are assigned by project, rather than merged into one calendar list

Can an email become a task?

Email capture is planned for launch and is not enabled in the preview. Each project has a reserved forwarding address. When enabled, forwarded messages can produce draft action items with the email attached as their source. Task creation follows the workspace’s rules

Can we switch the connected project tool?

A workspace stays linked to the project tool it was created from. To use a different tool, create a separate workspace

What if our tool is not available?

The catalog shows which tools can be connected and which are not available yet. Use Request integration to tell us which tool your team needs

Does connecting a calendar capture all our meetings?

No. Unifies captures only meetings selected for capture. Connecting an account does not enable capture for every meeting

What does Unifies cost, and can we subscribe now?

Planned launch pricing starts at $149 per workspace per month for up to 10 people, including 30 shared capture hours. Packages cover teams up to 100; larger teams can request a quote. Extra capture is purchased separately. There is no permanent free plan. Joining the waitlist is free
