Mine separates the commitments you own from the ones waiting on someone else, so the next move is visible before the workspace view gets involved.
One space, or the whole workspace
Switch from Mine to All, then keep the current Space or widen it to All spaces. The same receipts become the operating picture for the scope you chose.
A promise that closes its own loop
The original words, owner, task and due date stay together. When the tracker closes the task, that closure returns to the same history without another status meeting.
The receipt becomes the follow-up
If the due date passes with no signal from the tracker, the promise turns Stalled and the next action is already there: nudge from the record that contains the evidence.

Does Unifies replace our project tracker?
No. Your tracker stays the source of truth. Unifies writes the commitment into it and reads the status back. A receipt records where each status came from and never holds a competing one
How is the rate calculated?
Kept over counted. A commitment counts once it has been delivered to your tracker; work that was reversed by a decision, blocked by someone else, or set aside is excluded and shown as excluded. The denominator is on the page beside the number, so you can take it apart rather than trust it
What stops it becoming a scoreboard?
There is no default leaderboard, and nobody is ranked. You always see your own record in full; owners and admins see standing per person, built from task statuses the tracker already shows them. The number is a consequence of receipts you can open, never a grade handed down
What if the status never comes back?
The receipt says so. A commitment that was delivered and heard nothing since reads as stalled rather than quietly counting as kept, and a person can close it by hand. In that case the record keeps that fact visible, because closed by a sync and closed by a person are two different things
What does it cost, and what happens when the free hours run out?
Free is one person, forever: 5 capture hours a month, no card and no expiry date. When the hours run out, capture pauses and every receipt you already have stays readable. Paid plans are flat per workspace. The full ladder is on the pricing page
